At Techoven Solutions, we believe that successful collaboration is built on clear communication and mutual responsibility. To ensure a smooth development process and timely delivery, clients are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:

3.1 Accurate Information

Clients must provide complete, accurate, and timely information regarding their project requirements, business objectives, target audience, and any specific functionality needed. This includes:

• Company or brand details

• Logo, brand assets, and style guidelines (if available)

• Website content such as text, images, videos, and product descriptions

• Access to relevant third-party services or platforms (e.g., hosting, domain registrar, or eCommerce tools)

Techoven Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

3.2 Content Legality

All content provided by the client must be lawful and not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The client guarantees that all materials submitted (e.g., images, videos, text) are either original or appropriately licensed for use.

Clients must not request or submit content that violates our content policy as outlined in Section 2, including but not limited to pornography, music videos, smoking/vape products, alcohol, pork, or network marketing material.

3.3 Timely Communication

Clients are expected to maintain responsive communication throughout the duration of the project. Prompt feedback and approval at various stages of development are essential to keep the project on track and within agreed timelines.

If the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period (10 business days or more), Techoven Solutions reserves the right to pause or terminate the project, and any deposit paid may be forfeited.

3.4 Review and Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables at agreed milestones. Once approval is given, any revisions or changes may incur additional costs and extend the timeline.

3.5 Technical Access

Clients must ensure that all required technical access is provided in a secure and timely manner. This may include:

• Hosting credentials

• Domain control panel access

• Admin login for third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress)

• API keys or integrations with other services (if applicable)

Failure to provide necessary access may delay project progress and delivery.

3.6 Payment Commitments

Clients are responsible for meeting the agreed payment schedule. Late or missed payments may result in project delays, restricted access to deliverables, or termination of the agreement.
